
Jim Autio
James “Dr. Go” Autio, BSEE, is the president and
founder of Bionetworth and Equine
Ergogenics. James, a theoretical biologist and systems
engineer, attended Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI)
in Troy, New York and the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga,
Tennessee. James graduated from high school in 1975 as the
valedictorian of a class of 500 students. He was a Certified
Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength
and Conditioning Association for 12 years. He was employed
at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company for nine years in the
Missile Systems Division and the Process and Control Laboratories.
James founded Bionetworth (previously Elite
Performance Technologies) in 1989 and Equine Ergogenics
in 1996. Using a systems engineering approach, he developed
training regimens for business professionals, Olympic track-event
cyclists, road cyclists, and power lifters. Concurrently he
designed ten state-of-the-art micronutrient products for business
professionals and athletes and also designed eight molecular
nutrient systems and custom-engineered ergogenic formulas
for thoroughbred and standardbred race horses.
Bionetworth’s clientele have included:
corporate executives, physicians, attorneys, financial planners,
computer programmers, Olympic, world, and national champions
in several sports, winners of the Tour de France and Hawaiian
Ironman Triathlon, major league baseball players, world recordholders
in men’s professional sprint cycling and cycling's hour
record, touring PGA golfers, the world record holder in the
50m backstroke in swimming, former USTA world's number one
ranked double's player in tennis, a Breeder's Cup winner,
the Santa Anita racetrack’s co-recordholder for consecutive
thoroughbred wins, and the standardbred world record on a
half-mile track. In addition to Confessions of the
Human Genome, he is also the author of The
Digital Mantrap: An Operating System for the Human Organism.
Since 2000, he developed and presented “The
Unified Theory of Fitness, Aging and Disease: A New Theory
of Fitness Based on the Flow of Energy and the Integrity of
Information” from which Blue Sky Platform
was inspired.
James lives in San Diego, California with his wife Summer.
Eric Redenius
Eric is a graduate of Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
As a walk on he earned starting positions at wide receiver
and punt return on the football team and later signed a contract
with the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League.
Eric has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing within
the health care industry specializing in the critical care
and cardiac surgery areas with several high profile companies.
His athletic and health care background laid the foundation
and understanding of the importance of implementing a comprehensive
micronutrition regimen which lead him to BIONX and after 13
years as a client joined Bionetworth as Vice President.
Eric is responsible for introducing the referral based marketing
plan.
Eric lives in north San Diego County.

Keith Bartholomew
Keith Bartholomew is owner of Human Performance & Longevity
Consulting (HPLC). He has been involved in the research and
application of cutting edge exercise kinesiology and advanced
nutrition concepts for over 16 years. Keith’s primary
goal is to significantly improve his clients' quality of life
while enhancing their athletic and cognitive performance through
significantly improved biological function.
Keith states,"Dramatically increased energy levels and
improved recuperative ability from intelligent training are
the natural and easily sustainable results of incorporating
the best training protocols and dietary choices." Keith
founded HPLC to help business executives and highly committed
athletes achieve these goals. Keith is an avid mountain climber/hiker,
as are a number of his clients.
Lee Ramage
Lee Ramage is a former professional motocross racer. Riding
for team Yamaha Lee was leading in series points for the 500cc
California state champion in 1981 when an injury ended his
career. Lee began his business career shortly after his motocross
career by entering the automobile business selling cars for
Jim Slemons Imports in Orange County. Within 5 years Lee had
risen through every sales and sales management rank and was
promoted to General Manager. In the mid 1990s Lee started
selling real estate and opened his own brokerage in 2002.
Lee has represented some of the most influential people in
San Diego County selling millions of dollars of luxury real
estate county wide. Lee has been a customer of Bionetworth
since 1997 and was more than eager to begin building the referral
compensation business when the plan was introduced in October
of 2008. Lee has also successfully built a network marketing
down line of close to 9000 members with another company in
the past.
Jimmy Santangelo
After graduating from Don Bosco Technical Institute at 16,
Jimmy attended Cerritos College where he began his Real Estate
and Business studies while playing tennis for the college.
After earning his A.A. degree he briefly taught and played
professional tennis.
Jimmy Santangelo began his Real Estate career by obtaining
his license at the age of 18 and by age of 23 had navigated
the small family owned office to one of Century 21's most
successful southern California offices. Married to Jeni in
1991, Jimmy moved to San Diego and worked with Coldwell Banker
Rancho Santa Fe & Del Mar until he learned enough about
the local Real Estate & Mortgage industry to venture out
on his own again in 1995. From 1995 to present he has owned
and operated a successful Real Estate and Mortgage company
in Encinitas, Ca. with over 20 agents and loan officers.
After nearly 4 years of training Jimmy, along with his 3 children,
tested and earned their black belts in Taekwondo. Working
out and building character with his children has led to great
rewards.
The passion for helping people achieve financial success,
maintaining strong family relationships and achieving personal
health and fitness are what drives Jimmy to be consistent
and committed!
Tim
Smith
Tim has been involved with coaching, human performance and
exercise at elite
levels for the past three decades. He played football collegiately
at the
University of Arizona and has coached football at Purdue University
and
Northern Arizona University, as well as being a head high
school football
coach in Southern California. Tim has also had the privilege
of coaching
basketball, baseball, track and softball in addition to being
a physical
education teacher. He has coached and mentored collegiate
and high school
All Americans, and numerous student-athletes that have played
football at
major colleges throughout the United States and even in the
National
Football League. His excellent teaching and motivational skills
are vital to
developing Bionetworh's "team-orientated" approach
in training our clients
to reach their maximum potential in all areas of their lives.
Tim completed his undergraduate studies at the University
of Arizona in
Education, majoring in both Exercise Sport Sciences and History.
He received
his Masters degree from Purdue University in Educational and
Athletic
Administration.
Tim and his family live, love, work and play in Carlsbad,
California.
Dr. Terry Williams, Jr.
Terry has always been interested in the capabilities of the
human body as a performance machine and he credits his education
for getting him where he is today. His post secondary education
began at the University of Illinois where he received his
bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. Upon graduation he
attended Eastern Illinois University and earned a master’s
degree in exercise science. From here he enrolled at the University
of Arkansas to obtain a Ph.D. in kinesiology. During his time
at Arkansas he realized his research interests were in the
field of chiropractic. It was at this time he placed his doctoral
studies on hold to attend Logan College of Chiropractic. In
2007 Dr. Williams graduated cum laude with his Doctor of Chiropractic
degree.
Upon graduation from chiropractic school, Dr. Williams was
asked to join the staff of Millennium Chiropractic and Rehab,
the premier chiropractic practice of Northwest Arkansas and
providers of chiropractic care for the University of Arkansas
athletic teams. Here his duties not only include seeing patients
with a variety of conditions, but also he travels extensively
with the 42-time national champion University of Arkansas
track and field team.
As an avid golfer, it was his interest in golf that led him
to become a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Medical
Professional. His other current interests include the rehabilitation
of individuals who have received autologous mesenchymal stem
cell transfer with the use of Pulsed Magnetic Therapy (PMT)
and functional active rehabilitation. In his free time Dr.
Williams enjoys playing golf, reading, and playing guitar.
Dr. Williams currently resides in Rogers, Arkansas.
